Treatment Times
Most treatments require one hour. Please allow for undressing, dressing, consultation, and resting time.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Please understand scheduled services cannot be extended. An unrushed treatment will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled session. You will be responsible for the full service fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual services and packages. Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 100%. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be canceled, to adhere to our strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
Health Information
In order to ensure customized treatments and to accommodate special needs, a general health information form must be completed by each guest during their first visit.
Settling Your Account
All charges are requested to be paid at time of service. Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Debit Cards are accepted. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
Gratuities
Tipping is not expected but always appreciated. We are also grateful for your loyalty and referrals.
Draping and Comfort
Generally, undress completely to receive the full benefit of these therapeutic treatments. To respect your privacy throughout your treatments, only the region your therapist is working on is undraped. Please give your therapist feedback regarding your comfort.
Safety
For your safety and ours, we take all universal precautions necessary and use the finest methods in sterilization.
Series Visits
If you plan to enjoy a particular service often, purchase a series of 6 visits and save money by paying in advance. To ensure availability of all visits, pre-booking is recommended. In order to give our guests the discount for any series purchase, services need to be rendered in the allocated time frame. Series of 6 visits expires 6 months after initial purchase. Series of 12 visits expires 12 months after initial purchase. If services are not rendered within the time frame allocated, the remaining services will be voided. Series purchases are Non-Transferable.
