A doula is a non-medical companion who can support you physically and emotionally throughout childbirth. During labour they can reassure and encourage you and help you with changing position, breathing, massage and relaxation. They are there to offer non-judgmental support you as you make informed choices about your birth, whether you are planning an unmedicated birth, an induction, a birth with an epidural, a water birth, a VBAC, or a cesarean birth. They also provide placenta encapsulation, lactation support and postpartum care. We've got something for everyone. There are several different pathways we offer for birth doula care, depending on:- Where you're planning on having your baby.
